After 10+ years of working across Tech, Product and Creative industries, I saw that the missing piece of the jigsaw was authenticity at work. When I slotted that piece into place, my teams thrived.
I couldn’t stop thinking about what impact that might have if I coached Leaders to be more themselves.

A bit about me…
🏠 I live in a kooky little town in Somerset with my dog Mochi but spend half my life travelling to London, Bristol and Bath.
💻 I have moved around sectors! I started off working as a production assistant making short films for charities, then fell in love with Tech and Product Management and did that in the public sector, Health, Anti Money Laundering and FinTech.
🧑🤝🧑After delivering lots of great products, I saw that the biggest blockers and ways to be succeed were the people. I moved into Operations and Transformation and managed teams of 200+ internationally.
🌏Being real, after getting pretty burnt out, I decided to travel around and have a think about what I wanted to do next.
💡 In 2023, I trained as an Executive Coach and Systemic Team Coach and decided I wanted to bring my experience of authenticity and realness to more people at work.
