Terms & Conditions of Coaching Services

1. Purpose
This outlines the terms and conditions of the professional coaching services provided by the Coach.

2. Coaching Services
The Coach will provide coaching services to the Client(s), which may include Leadership, Team, Career, Mindset, and Goal-Oriented Coaching.

3. Schedule and Duration

• Sessions and durations are bespoke and will be sent in an agreement to the Client(s)

4. Commitments
Both parties agree to:

• Be punctual and respectful of each other’s time.

• Provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Commit to open, honest, and respectful communication.

5. Confidentiality
The Coach and Client agree that all information shared during the coaching relationship is confidential, except as required by law or with the Client’s explicit consent.

6. Responsibilities

• The Coach is responsible for facilitating the coaching process but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

• The Client(s) are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

7. Testimonials
At the end of the coaching relationship, the Coach may request a testimonial from the Client(s) to be used in promotional materials. Testimonials can be provided anonymously.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. The Coach may terminate the Agreement if the Client fails to respect the commitments outlined or disrupts the coaching relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy, counselling, or any form of medical intervention. The Coach is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the Client as a result of the coaching process.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
