After years of building products and leading teams, I saw we could do amazing things. Of course, this doesn’t mean sacrificing business goals for the sake of creating a comfortable environment.

Rather, it’s about recognising that when people feel supported, they’re better equipped to contribute creatively and effectively to the company’s mission. Authenticity and care don’t detract from productivity; they enhance it.
